Aaron Mammah is a University of South Florida graduate and aspiring sports journalist with a passion for quality storytelling and a commitment to substantive, authoritative, credible reporting.

 

He was a member of the 32nd class of the Sports Journalism Institute, a program that has supported women and minorities in sports journalism for over 30 years. Through SJI he was assigned to the Naples Daily News/The News-Press. There he was a general assignment sports intern that supported high school sports coverage as well as professional soccer.

​During college, he served as Sports Editor for his student newspaper, The Oracle. He wrote stories about various sports, including football, soccer & volleyball. Across those sports, he wrote game, features, breaking news and enterprise stories.
